Mine I think would have to be Prepared Shot. Ever since I capped it about 2 years ago, it has probably left my bar no more then 3 times. Love it because I've never ran out of energy ^^
Next up close would be Toxic Chill =]

I still want a good reason for Ravenous Gaze to appear on my bar.
An actual skills that I like the functionality of? Hmm...
Soul Bind, Mark of Pain and Fevered Dreams. I honestly cannot seperate those.

Assassin Support is my favourite skill if I'm h/h farming with my monk. It's a good way of directing fire away from myself if I can't be bothered with flagging (ie: always).
I don't know that I have a favourite for the other classes. Most of them I've never got very far with before I delete and start over. Mend Body and Soul is fairly good for getting henchies out of bother. (I can never find PuGs anymore, and I make a bad team player on account of being parent to a toddler; consequentially I tend to play alone or with my brother who understands. It sucks being called away, 'specially if I'm playing my monk.)
Otherwise.... Gotta be flare spams for ele

PI. Nothing in game compares to the feeling I get when I watch a beastmaster blow itself up with one Giant Stomp on a minion ball when my hex lands just in time. It's everything good about the mesmer class rolled up into one beautiful skill.

Soul Bind
10/2/5
For 5...17 seconds, target foe attacks 30% slower than normal. If that foe becomes the target of a Hex while attacking, that foe is knocked down.
Combine with WW.
Good times.

I never tried it.
There's actually quite a lot of skills I regret having not tried before they got changed, just because I dismissed them out of hand at not seeing a damage clause when I was new to the game.
